What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard production and shipping typically take 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your custom order leaves our facility.
Can I preview my photo products before finishing the order?
Yes, our online builder allows you to see a digital proof of your canvas prints, photo books, and personalized gifts to ensure everything looks perfect before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days with photos of the damage for a free replacement or refund.
What photo resolution is required for high-quality prints?
For the best results, we recommend images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Our system will display a low-resolution warning if your photo may appear blurry at the selected size.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within one hour of the order being placed.
